Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product must be in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged beauty and personal care products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently offer replacements for defective or damaged products only.
